Not everyone in Silver is lucky enough to live richly, most people live in Poor Side. A shallow stream flows through town, the roads are gravel instead of paved and the houses are crude. The people here are hardy and hate handouts.

| The Oasis
A meeting place for all tribes, this is a place were no fighting is allowed. It is a large oasis with the nights dedicated to large parties with drum music and dancing. There is still the far side of the oasis for someone to wander off alone in the dark. By day, women collect reeds by the waterside.

The Blood Tribe is the main tribe of the Osai, considered the ruling tribe. Its headman is considered the Warlord for the people. His women are the prettiest, his men are the strongest. The Blood Tribe is legendary among the Osai.
